F1 2013 TV schedule begins early Sunday, March 17, with the Australian Grand Prix on NBC Sports Network.

F1 2013 TV Schedule

Formula 1, the top international open-wheel racing series, gets a new U.S. TV partner this year with the NBC Sports Group airing F1 Grand Prix races, qualifying and practice sessions. NBC Sports Network will also offer race replays, often in the early afternoon, for viewers who don’t wish to watch the late night/early morning live races. Action begins with the Australian Grand Prix early Sunday (late night Saturday), March 17.

Four F1 races air live on NBC (including the last two races of the season), 13 on NBC Sports Network and two on CNBC, with the broadcast booth consisting of lead race announcer Leigh Diffey, and analysts David Hobbs and Steve Matchett. Will Buxton is the on-site reporter.

Red Bull Racing’s Sebastian Vettel of Germany won his third straight season championship last year.

  2. NBC should decide where they intend to broadcast the race, I looked all over the schedule and still missed the chance to watch Vettel pass the Old Man… So do I need to Call the NbC Boys for the time and place of the next Race. we need sppeedd Channel
