The 2011 MLB All-Star Game airs July 12 at 8pm ET on FOX, but MLB Network has plenty of programming surrounding All-Star week. Here’s the press release with schedules, highlights and more from MLB Network:

Secaucus, N.J., July 7, 2011 – MLB Network heads to Phoenix, Arizona for live coverage of the 82nd All-Star Game starting Monday, July 11, with interviews with 2011 N.L. and A.L. All-Stars and on-field reports at Chase Field, the home of the Arizona Diamondbacks.

Starting with a special edition of Intentional Talk, hosted by Kevin Millar and Chris Rose at 4:30 p.m. ET on July 11, MLB Network will provide six hours of live, on-field coverage at Chase Field during batting practice before the State Farm Home Run Derby and All-Star Game. Three-time All-Star Sean Casey, two-time All-Star Al Leiter, three-time All-Star Dan Plesac and two-time All-Star Harold Reynolds will follow on MLB Tonight: All-Star Edition on Monday, July 11 at 6:00 p.m. ET and on Tuesday, July 12 at 5:00 p.m. ET, alongside Greg Amsinger, Peter Gammons and Matt Vasgersian. MLB Tonight will air again live from Chase Field immediately following the All-Star Game. MLB Network’s All-Star coverage will also feature reports from Gammons and a look back at the 1971 All-Star Game, narrated by Bob Costas and featuring new interviews with Hall of Famers Johnny Bench, Vida Blue and Rod Carew.

MLB Network’s production of the 2011 MLB All-Star Red Carpet Show presented by Chevrolet will feature all of the 2011 All-Stars, plus MLB All-Star Ambassador and five-time MLB All-Star Luis Gonzalez and NL and AL All-Star team managers Bruce Bochy and Ron Washington as they make their way to Chase Field for the All-Star Game. Hosted by Amsinger, Reynolds and Hazel Mae, the event will air on Tuesday, July 12 at 4:00 p.m. ET/1:00 p.m. PT.

The top players in Minor League Baseball will be featured in the Triple-A All-Star Game, telecast live on MLB Network on Wednesday, July 13 at 9:00 p.m. ET. Millar and Rose will head from Phoenix to Salt Lake City to call the game at Spring Mobile Park, home of the Salt Lake Bees, the Triple-A affiliate of the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim. MLB Network will have live wireless microphones on players and umpires, plus microphones picking up live sound on the bases, outfield wall and pitching mound as well as behind home plate and throughout the stadium. During the game telecast, Millar will visit each dugout for live, in-game interviews with players from both the International League and Pacific Coast League.

Leading up to the Triple-A All-Star Game on July 13, MLB Network will feature the best moments so far in the 2011 MLB season with Plays of the First Half at 7:00 p.m. ET, followed by a special edition of Intentional Talk at 8:00 p.m. ET, featuring animated segments about recent MLB headlines produced by Next Media Animation, and MLB Tonight: Obstructed View at 8:30 p.m. ET, an off-beat look ahead to key dates throughout the second half of the season, including the trade deadline and Postseason.
