“I’ll Have Another – Charging Toward History” on NBC Sports Network

The new documentary I’ll Have Another — Charging Toward History looks at I’ll Have Another’s journey toward the 144th Belmont Stakes and a possible Triple Crown.

 

After wins at the Kentucky Derby and Preakness Stakes, I’ll Have Another has a shot at history and an elusive Triple Crown Saturday at the 144th Belmont Stakes. As part of its Belmont week coverage, NBC Sports Network airs the new documentary I’ll Have Another — Charging Toward History on Thursday, June 7, at 7:30pm ET. The documentary provide a behind-the-scenes look at I’ll Have Another’s journey as he tries to become only the 12th horse in history to win the Triple Crown. An America’s Best Racing production: I’ll Have Another – Charging Toward History, airs on NBC Sports Network Thursday, June 7th at 7:30 p.m. ET

New York, N.Y. — When I’ll Have Another came from behind to edge Bodemeister in the Preakness Stakes, he put himself into position to capture one of the greatest and most elusive prizes in all of sports – the Triple Crown

With unprecedented access to I’ll Have Another and Team O’Neill and the connections of the major challengers, including Dale Romans (Dullahan), and Michael Matz (Union Rags), and behind-the-scenes footage from the off-the-track events leading up to the Belmont Stakes, America’s Best Racing will bring viewers deep into the inner world of the sport of horse racing, providing an unprecedented look at the days and events leading up to Saturday’s Belmont Stakes.

I’ll Have Another – Charging Toward History premieres Thursday at 7:30 p.m. ET on the NBC Sports Network with re-airs on Friday at 7:30 p.m. ET and kicking off Saturday’s Belmont Day coverage at 2:30 p.m. ET.

America’s Best Racing produced this special for the NBC Sports Network.
