The Oprah Beyonce interview is scheduled on OWN for Saturday, Feb. 16 at 8pm ET, just an hour before the debut of her highly-anticipated, incredibly personal documentary Beyoncé: Life Is But A Dream on HBO. Part of Oprah’s Next Chapter series, which recently set ratings records for OWN with her Lance Armstrong interview, Oprah sits down with the global superstar for an intimate conversation where Beyoncé discusses what Jay Z is like as a father and husband, daughter Blue Ivy, letting her father (music executive Matthew Knowles) go as her business manager, her heartbreaking miscarriage and what her future career plans are.
HBO’s feature-length documentary is a raw look at the Grammy winning star in all aspects of her life — as singer, businesswoman, actress, wife and mother. It’s a touching, generous look at what life is like for this superstar.
