Futurama Final Season

Get ready for the final 13 episodes of Matt Groening’s (The Simpsons) animated comedy as the farewell season of Futurama starts with a two-episode premiere on Comedy Central Wednesday, June 19, at 10pm ET/PT. Futurama first ran on FOX from 1999-2003, and was resurrected by Comedy Central in 2010. Among their adventures in the farewell season, Fry (voice of Billy West), Leela (voice of Katey Sagal) and Bender (voice of John DiMaggio) take up drag racing and bring a dead robot back to life. Special guest stars for the final season include Larry Bird, Dan Castellaneta, Sarah Silverman, George Takei, Adam West and Burt Ward.

Upcoming episodes through July:
June 19 (Two-part season premiere) “2-D Blacktop”/”Fry and Leela’s Big Fling”: Professor Farnsworth joins a gang of street-racing punks, and Fry and Leela’s romantic vacation goes disturbingly wrong.
June 26 “T.: The Terrestrial”: After being marooned on an distant planet, Fry is befriended by a young monster.
July 3 “Forty Percent Leadbelly”: At a maximum security prison, Bender meets a famous folk singer and attempts to make a copy of his precious guitar.
July 10 “The Inhuman Torch”: Bender becomes a famous firefighter, but the crew suspects him of arson.
July 17 “Saturday Morning Fun Pit”: The Futurama gang stars in a trio of craptastic morning cartoons.
July 24 “Calculon 2.0”: Bender goes grave robbing to bring his favorite actor back to life.
July 31 “Assie Come Home”: Bender searches the universe for his missing shiny metal rear end.
