Where We Left Off: Jake (Andy Samberg) professed his feelings for Amy (Melissa Fumero) before going undercover. Boyle (Joe Lo Truglio) and Gina (Chelsea Peretti) got it on.
What To Expect: Brooklyn Nine-Nine moves to Sunday night for Season 2, where it should continue to thrive. Jake’s undercover assignment will add a new dimension to the comedy. “We are going super dark,” jokes executive producer Mike Schur. “It’s going to make Law & Order: SVU look like a cartoon. It’s super bleak.”

Jenny Slate guest-stars in the Season 2 premiere, “Undercover.” Also in Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 2, Captain Ray Holt (Andre Braugher) finds himself clashing with his longtime nemesis (guest star Kyra Sedgwick) as the department goes through administration changes. Others making guest appearances this season include Eva Longoria, who will play a defense attorney, and former NFL wide receiver Terrell Owens, who will appear as himself.
