2015 MTV VMAs – Date, time, channel, lineup, nominees

Justin Bieber will return to the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) stage when the 2015 MTV VMAs air live Aug. 30 at 9pm ET. This marks Bieber’s first time performing at the VMAs since 2010, when he performed an epic medley of “Baby,” “Somebody to Love” and “U Smile.” This year, Bieber will perform “What Do You Mean,” the lead single from his new album.

Miley Cyrus (pictured) hosts the 2015 MTV VMAs. Additionally,  Kanye West will join the exclusive club of legendary artists bestowed with the “Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award.” Announced performers, in addition to Bieber, include Nicki Minaj, The Weeknd, Pharrell Williams, Demi Lovato, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Tori Kelly, A$AP Rocky and Twenty One Pilots.

Featured in the broadcast will be the world premiere of Taylor Swift’s “Wildest Dreams” music video.

Confirmed presenters are: Britney Spears, O’Shea Jackson Jr., Jussie Smollett, NE-YO, Rebel Wilson, Emily Ratajowski, Kylie Jenner, Rita Ora, Ice Cube, John Legend, Miguel and Serayah.

A live pre-show hosted by Kelly Osbourne, Sway, and Girl Code stars Carly Aquilino, Nessa Diab and Nora “Awkwafina” Lum will air at  8pm ET. Nick Jonas and WALK THE MOON will perform during the pre-show.
