Fox Business Network (FBN) will have live coverage of the Republican presidential primary debates from the Milwaukee Theatre in Milwaukee on Tuesday, Nov. 10. As has been done previously, the GOP debate will be divided in two, based on polling results.
The 7pm ET debate will feature candidates who have not hit the threshold of 2.5% or higher based on an average of the four most recent national polls required to participate in the main debate. Debating at this time will be Chris Christie, Mike Huckabee, Bobby Jindal and Rick Santorum. This debate will be one hour.
Participating in the 9pm ET debate will be candidates who did meet the threshold, including Donald Trump, Ben Carson, Marco Rubio, Ted Cruz, Jeb Bush, Carly Fiorina, John Kasich and Rand Paul. This debate will be two hours.
Before the debates begin, FBN will start coverage at 5pm ET, with a special edition of Varney & Co., followed by a special edition of Lou Dobbs Tonight at 6pm ET.
Then, at 7pm ET, FBN’s Sandra Smith and Trish Regan, along with The Wall Street Journal‘s Gerald Seib, will moderate the first debate. Then, another special edition of Lou Dobbs Tonight will air at 8pm ET, with the primetime debate following at 9pm ET. FBN anchors Neil Cavuto and Maria Bartiromo, along with WSJ‘s Gerard Baker, will co-moderate the second debate.
Afterward, FBN will air a special edition of Cavuto: Coast to Coast at 11pm ET, featuring live reaction and analysis from the Spin Room. At midnight ET, FBN’s John Stossel will host a special one-hour edition of Stossel featuring the Libertarian reaction to the debates with a live studio audience.
